(You don't have to be a member of Body Buzz to attend classes or make an appointment for massage. Drop-ins are welcome to all classes. First-timers - try a class free! Just mention to the instructor it's your first time in class.)
CARDIO PARTY: If dancing puts a smile on your face then you will love our Cardio Dance Party! Burning calories while having fun is the goal!
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute classes.

TAI CHI: Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements - connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions.
Tai chi consists of gentle physical exercise and stretching. To do tai chi, you perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each posture flows in the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Our Tai Chi Flow class uses real Tai Chi movements that flow together. No routines to learn, remember or practice. Just follow the instructor, destress and enjoy. Drop-ins welcome to this class.

HOLY YOGA: Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
If you've been curious to try Yoga, now's your chance! This class is designed for the beginner and intermediate Yoga student.

CHAIR YOGA: If you would like to try Yoga but find it hard to get up and down from the floor, this class is designed for you.

MASSAGE Therapist: Choose 15 minute, 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour massage.
